Armthorpe Academy, part of Consilium Academies, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager / Principal’s PA to join our welcoming and supportive team. About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will:
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day administrative function of the school
- Provide high-quality PA support to the Principal, including diary management and meeting coordination
- Support school communications, events and governance administration
- Help maintain efficient systems linked to safeguarding, attendance and student support
- Deliver a professional and welcoming service to parents, visitors and external partners
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong administrative and organisational skills
- Can manage competing priorities calmly and effectively
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional, approachable and highly organised
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a school or supporting senior leaders would be advantageous, but not essential.
