We are seeking a highly efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily functions of our school’s office, ensuring smooth and effective support for staff, students, and parents.

Contract: Fixed-Term until 31/12/2025, up to 37 hours per week (part-time or full-time hours available), term time plus 2 weeks
Salary:£27,269.00-£29,093.00 Annually, FTE

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and oversee the school’s administrative team, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and effective running of the school office, including handling complex inquiries, telephone calls, and emails.
- Assist the Headteacher in arranging cover for absent staff.
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all HR, financial, and pupil information.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff workloads and office functions efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex inquiries and engage with staff, students, and visitors.
- Ability to uphold the Trust’s Aims, Vision, and Values in every aspect of your role.
