Working pattern

Part time, job share, term time: This is a 3 day a week (seven and a half hours per day) part-time position, on a fixed-term contract for a year with a view to becoming a permanent position. The option of a full-time position will also be considered.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, word, excel and outlook

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Organisational skills – able to multi-task, proritise effectively and work to tight deadlines

Commit to the school and its values, policies and procedures

Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling student and school-related information

Willing to undertake continued professional development

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be able to use initiative, be proactive and able to forward plan

Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable

Recent experience in an administration role, ideally in a school office

Have up to date first aid and safeguarding training

Have experience learning and using new computer systems
