Office Manager job summary
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Trust as Office Manager working across and supporting our schools in Rotherham. (Treeton CofE Primary School, Kilnhurst St Thomas CofE Primary Academy, and Swallownest Primary).
This role provides essential business and operations support across our cluster of schools in the Rotherham area . You will need to be flexible enough to thrive in an ever-changing environment as there will be a need to work across three of our schools in Rotherham under the direction and support of the Trust team and Executive Heads.
We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and creative colleague committed to team-working and developing excellence for our pupils. You will have good people skills to manage our existing office teams and site staff. Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential. Excellent conditions of service will be offered including enhanced annual leave entitlement and some hybrid working and very generous local government pension.
The successful candidate will:
- Be organised and have experience of Microsoft office products and school systems - Management Information Systems (Arbor, Access - experience is not essential but desirable);
- Be flexible and able to use their initiative to solve problems
- Be able to multi-task effectively and cope with a busy school office
- Have the ability to forge and maintain positive working relationships with parents, staff and pupils
- Be ambitious for themselves and the schools they are working with
- Be supportive of the trust's vision to enable every child to flourish without limits
