All Saints Inter-Church Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing and rapidly improving school where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Role and Responsibilities:Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils.
Work with individuals and small groups of children to enhance their learning.
Assist in the development of classroom resources and learning materials.
Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Support children with additional learning needs, adapting activities to suit different abilities.
Supervise children during break times and school activities.
Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
Have experience working with children in an educational setting.
Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting student development.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative.
