What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join us in this newly created role to work with the Senior Leadership Team to implement strategic leadership of behaviour and inclusion.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to support and challenge students’ behaviour and work with teachers to develop behaviour for learning within the school.

We are a successful 11–16 mixed comprehensive judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted and now on our journey to outstanding.

Kings International College is a small secondary school, for boys and girls of around 750 children, for students aged 11-16 years old in Camberley, Surrey.
