Operations Administrator job summary

We are seeking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective Operations Administrator to support the Academy Business Partner in an interesting and varied role which is essential to the operational effectiveness of our school. You will be joining a dedicated, supportive and committed staff in an academy where achieving the very best for all of our children is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Requirements

Are you:

- An effective communicator with excellent organisational skills

- Experienced in the use of IT including Microsoft applications

- Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise and organise workload in a busy school environment

- Able to work on your own initiative when required, seeking appropriate solutions

Do you:

- Have a positive, can-do attitude

- Have experience of working in a busy office environment

- Have experience of engaging with a variety of stakeholders

- Have high expectations of yourself, colleagues and children
