We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to the Manshead team to support the development of exemplary behaviour for learning. The ability to be flexible and create strong relationships quickly is essential. This is a one-year fixed term post to start on 30th June, 2025.

The successful applicant will:

Be responsible for whole school behaviour, routines and standards:

  • Maintaining high standards of uniform.
  • Ensuring Tutor Time activities are delivered effectively.
  • Delivering training and CPD to all staff including ECTs.
