Operations Lead

Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 5 days)

Contract: Permanent

Pay Scale: SO1, SCP 23-25

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Operations Lead to play a key role in the smooth running of our school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and organised professional to lead our administrative and operational functions, ensuring our school continues to provide an outstanding environment for learning. This varied and rewarding role sits at the heart of our school community. Previous experience of working in a school is not essential as full training will be given.

About the Role

As Operations Lead, you will:

Lead and develop efficient school administration systems

Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the school

Line management of our capable and committed administration team

Support premises management and health & safety compliance

Be the school’s operational lead for contracts such as catering and cleaning

Lead on HR administrative processes and financial administration

Manage communications, including website and social media

You will be instrumental in creating an organised, safe, and positive environment where pupils and staff can thrive.
