We are seeking to appoint an Operations Leader to oversee HR and the daily support functions within the Operations team. Under the guidance of the Business Manager, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Principal and Senior Management Team at the school to develop and sustain efficient administrative, HR and operational services for the staff and students.
The successful candidate will work with initiative and have previous experience in a management role. They will have the ability to manage teams effectively and to work in a confidential manner. They will have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a school would be an advantage.
This is a busy and rewarding position where you will make a real difference.
Contract: Full Time, 37 hours per week (52 weeks)
Hours: 08:00 -16:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 -15:30 Friday. There will be a need for some flexibility to meet the neds of the school.
