Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading and managing non-teaching operations including premises, health & safety, administration, and compliance.
  • Overseeing site maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Managing budgets and procurement in collaboration with the Principal and Finance Team.
  • Supporting HR processes, recruitment, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all operational areas.
  • Building strong relationships with external contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the academy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations, facilities, or business management—ideally within an educational or public sector setting.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Confidence in using digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams).
