Operations Officer job summary
5 days per week (37 hrs)
Term Time Only/Term Time plus/Full Time (we are happy to discuss a range of working patterns)
River Learning Trust Central Office ℅ Gosford Hill School, Oxford Rd, Kidlington OX5 2NT, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
A great opportunity to provide active and important administrative support to ensure the efficient running of estates and facilities across all the schools within RLT. This will include pulling together data and analysis through handling and responding to queries from schools, suppliers and Central Team colleagues.
We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working and highly efficient assistant/administrator with meticulous attention to detail; to help support the H&S compliances, buildings maintenance and procurement activities of the Trust. You should relish the challenge of working in a busy team and must be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering quality work to tight deadlines in a customer service environment.
