Based at St Martin’s School, Brentwood, Essex (DET Central Team office)

Part-time, all year round

Essex Scale 7 (pt 19-24): £32,790-£36,141 FTE inc. Fringe Allowance

Actual salary: £22,155-£24,419* inc. Fringe Allowance

*based on Essex Schools Pay Scales 2025/26


We are excited to be growing our central team and we are seeking a motivated and organised individual who can approach challenges with confidence. You will use your expertise to seek out effective solutions, and will be driven by the opportunity to contribute positively to the HR, Operations and Governance team. You will play a key role in supporting our schools with their operations, maintaining strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders, and contributing to wider HR, Operations and Governance team.

Please note that this is a year round post (not a term-time position).

Discovery Educational Trust, formed in 2014, is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in South Essex, comprising just under 4000 pupils and 500 staff, across 5 schools.
