OUTREACH PRACTITIONER

Full Time 32.5 hours – Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an Outreach Practitioner to join the Steps to Success team at The Whitehouse PRU. You will be part of the Whitehouse team, and your base will be at The Whitehouse with the majority of your time spent at visits to mainstream schools.

You will provide a high-quality Outreach SEMH support service to mainstream schools and settings, to develop their SEND provision. You will work with schools and learners to promote inclusive teaching and learning, and to reduce fixed and permanent exclusions. This role provides guidance and support to mainstream colleagues, parents/carers and young people. Whilst working closely with external agencies to signpost and triage support efficiently.
