Location: St Cuthbert’s RC Academy Trust (Central Office St Mary’s College)
Contract: Full Time 37 hours - Term Time Only - Plus 5 Days

Are you an experienced administrator with a flair for organisation and a proactive mindset? Would you like to be a Personal Assistant to a central executive team in an education trust? Do you possess the resilience to manage complex demands while maintaining the highest personal and professional integrity?
St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust is seeking a PA to the Executive Team to act as the engine room for our strategic leadership. As we work towards our ambitions to Encounter, Learn, Grow, and Flourish, we need a professional who can ensure our central team are supported, organised, and effective.
The Role: This is a pivotal role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:
Strategic Diary Management: Ensuring the Executive Team is in the right place at the right time, with the right information.
High-Level Administration: Producing complex correspondence, reports, policy flow and comprehensive and accurate minutes.
Communications: Acting as a key link between the Trust, our schools, our networks and professional bodies, utilising your knowledge of the marketing mix and digital platforms to promote our work.
Stakeholder Engagement: Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority and facilitating a culture where everyone feels welcome.
You do not need to be Catholic to join us, but you must share our commitment to a community where every individual is valued.
We are looking for someone who:
Has substantial experience, with a proven track record of prioritising heavy workloads.
Is tech-savvy, with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Google Educator and an understanding of social media and software based platforms, and AI.
Possesses excellent situational assessment skills, able to take the initiative and respond with sensitivity.
Is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
