What skills and experience we're looking for
√ 5 GCSE passes or equivalent which must include Math and English A-Cor 9-5
√ An HR qualification (CIPD)
√ Experience Proven experience in an office environment with exposure to working confidentially
√ Relevant experience working in an HR environment
√ Excellent administration skills
√ Proficient with ICT with experience of Word and Excel in an office environment
√ Experience of working in a school
√ Knowledge of Sims (school database)
√ Experience of procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality and GDPR
√ Experience and knowledge of an HR and payroll database
√ Skills & Abilities Demonstrable experience of highly effective communication skills, both orally and in writing and as an active listener
√ High level of concentration, attention to detail and accuracy
√ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
√ To be able to demonstrate a flexible and professional approach to work
√ Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school and wider community to facilitate partnerships between school and home.
√ Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately in line with school and trust policies
√ Meticulous attention detail with accurate and efficient record keeping and filing.
√ Personal Qualities Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
√ Commitment to working as part of a team
√ Creative approach to problem solving
√ Flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly and effectively to changing situations/circumstances.
