PA to the Headteacher job summary
PA to the Headteacher - 37 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday, Term-time only (38 weeks). Grade E - Step 1 - Full Time Equivalent Salary £33,179 Actual Salary £27,883.12.
As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two week half term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following this trial, should the Trust revert back to a one week October half term break from 2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salary would increase accordingly.
Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just under 910 students on roll across Year 7-11. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises of Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. We will have a PAN of 1050 when full.
We are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive PA to the Headteacher and Senior Team to provide a confidential PA and support service for the Headteacher and wider team. The role will also involve working with the main office and providing support where needed. The right person will need to have high standards of verbal and written communication with the ability to use a school MIS system for a range of reports, tasks and set ups.

Deer Park School is a new seven-form entry secondary school which opened in September 2021 initially with four forms of Year 7 and growing to full capacity of seven forms of entry over the next seven years.
We are part of the Wildern Academy Trust which comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School.
