PA to the Headteacher job summary
At Redland Green School, we are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our supportive team and assist our Headteacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about contributing to the smooth running of our school.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential personal and administrative support to the Headteacher, helping ensure that day-to-day operations are managed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in ensuring our school continues to run harmoniously, and in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors alike.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. A high level of diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality is essential, as you will often be dealing with sensitive information. Your role will span a variety of administrative and organisational processes, from scheduling meetings and managing communications to supporting the leadership team in delivering key initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, approachable, and confident in managing a busy workload while maintaining a calm and friendly presence. A passion for education and a genuine desire to support our school community will make you an excellent fit for this role.
