PA to the Senior Leadership Team

  • Salary: NJC Scale 19 - 22
  • Salary: £10,832 - £11,386, (Actual)
  • Hours: 15 hours per week, term time only

We are looking for an organised individual who is self-motivated and has a genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every pupil. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.

The PA to the Senior Leadership Team will provide administrative and reprographic support to the leadership team and teaching staff. Providing an extensive PA service to the Head of Academy and other members of the Senior Leadership Team including managing, dealing with and undertaking administrative, secretarial, word processing/typing and data services, ensuring that these functions are organised efficiently to meet the needs of the academy.

About you

The successful candidate will be experienced in diary management and have a minimum of three years practical administrative experience. To succeed you must understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, be highly computer literate with good numeracy and literacy skills and hold GCSE English and Maths C/4 or equivalent together with relevant qualifications in office administration and IT applications.
