We are excited to be recruiting for a Teacher to cover Maternity leave, to join our growing community. The ideal candidate will work with a caring, passionate and professional attitude, recognising the importance of this role within our school, to ensure safety, behaviour and organisation. We are looking for full time hours but are willing to explore this being a job share.
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands the importance of strong pedagogy, is able to deliver high quality first teaching and is willing to develop this alongside a school-based QFT coach
- Is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice
- Is a team player and who can build positive professional relationships to ensure all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn
- Is an enthusiastic individual who smiles easily, is approachable, and friendly and who can make learning engaging and memorable
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
- Respects and promotes the Christian ethos and vision of our school
