What skills and experience we're looking for

Applicants should have:

  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • A calm, positive and patient attitude
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and members of staff
  • Display a professional attitude
  • A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
  • Previous experience of working with pupils including emotional, physical and sensory needs, particularly those with special education needs would be beneficial but not essential
