What skills and experience we're looking for

Applicants should have:

A high standard of written and spoken English
Excellent numeracy skills
A calm, positive and patient attitude
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and members of staff
Display a professional attitude
A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
Previous experience of working with pupils including emotional, physical and sensory needs, particularly those with special education needs would be beneficial but not essential
