What skills and experience we're looking for

Sidmouth College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and flexible Part-time Attendance Officer to be responsible for the monitoring and the improvement of attendance levels of students.

This is a job-share role working Monday-Wednesday 8am-4pm, 38 weeks per year.

Within this role you will be required to provide attendance analysis reports, be proactive in attendance interventions and liaise with outside agencies and the Educational Welfare Officer working closely with other members of the College Pastoral Team.

Experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential
