Post details: The successful candidate will work 12 hours 30 mins per week from 13th October 2025, or sooner (dependent on checks and clearances), on a permanent contract. Hours of work will be 7am-9:30am, Monday-Friday, term-time, plus four weeks. Additional hours may be required and will be added to a timesheet.

The successful candidate:

- must have good IT skills as all checks and defect are recorded on a computer program.
- will be required to carry out health and safety checks.
- will be required to carry out/repair reported defects.
- will be required to clean specific parts of the school.
- must be proactive and use their initiative.
- must be punctual, friendly, reliable and hardworking.
- will be required to liaise will external contractors.
Candidates must be willing to:
- complete safeguarding training.
- complete PREVENT training.
- read all relevant policies and procedures.
- complete COSHH training.
- complete IOSH training.
- undertake any other relevant training.
