Woodlands Primary Academy are seeking a committed and caring teacher to join us on a maternity cover basis. You’ll be passionate about achieving the highest standards in learning and conduct for every child in your class, and dedicated to promoting and safeguarding their welfare throughout the school. With a nurturing approach and a strong sense of professional responsibility, you’ll help create a classroom environment where all pupils feel safe, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience teaching across primary range
  • Ability to deliver well planned and stimulating lessons across the curriculum and ability range
  • Well organised and good communication skills

About our school
Our school is within easy travelling distance from Norwich, Suffolk and surrounding areas
We are a friendly, successful and vibrant two-form entry primary school situated on a large well -resourced site with an impressive outdoor environment.

We achieved GOOD judgements in all areas of our OFSTED inspection in 2017 and our team continue to set high standards and expectations for children’s academic achievements as well as offering a supportive, caring and creative learning environment.

Our children enjoy weekly Bushcraft sessions in our wonderful woodland area and all children enjoy a creative music and PE curriculum led by specialist teachers. The school benefits from good support from parents and the local community.
