Part-time Teacher (KS2), working 9 hours (3 mornings a week) job summary
We are really excited to offer an opportunity for a teacher to join our team. This role has been created to support the children to “catch up in reading” after some of the time lost due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Experience across KS2 is essential as this role initially will be in Year 6.
We are looking for a teacher who:
-is passionate about children’s learning and has high expectations of learning and behaviour
-works collaboratively within a team
-shows enthusiasm, drive and commitment
-has knowledge and experience of plugging children’s gaps in learning
-is skilled at teaching reading across the primary phase
-is positive, cheerful and hardworking whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance
