What skills and experience we're looking for
The Corbet School is a “Good” rural 11-16 comprehensive with outstanding behaviour and consistently high results. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic classroom teacher to join our DT & Art Faculty from September 2025.
The post is suitable for an experienced teacher or an ‘early career teacher,’ who can teach Food Technology and Design Technology at KS3, and GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition at KS4. It would also be advantageous if the successful candidate could teach GCSE Design Technology. We have an excellent and supportive CPD programme, with a focus on Teaching & Learning, and developing outstanding lessons.
The successful candidate would also be required to be actively involved in the teaching of Personal, Social and Health Education, and would also take on the role of a Form Tutor.
