Part-time Teacher of Science job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative teacher at our Havant site to deliver the Science curriculum, as well as enhance our curriculum offer with another subject – either vocational or academic.
Successful applicants will be expected to design and develop learning sequences which reflect our high aspirations of pupils and promote positive engagement with learning. Applicants will also demonstrate a confident ability to form positive working relationships with young people and will be able to respond effectively to the needs of their pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and ambitious colleague who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues but would also welcome the autonomy afforded to our teaching staff to develop their own curriculum in response to emerging pedagogical practices, research and the needs of pupils.

This is a part-time position with a 0.8 commitment.
