Part time Teaching Assistants: 5.95 hours per day, various days available ( minimum 2 days per week). Surrey scale PS3 - actual salary for 5 days per week, term time only: £12,806 - pro-rata for fewer days. Start date asap.
We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and energetic teaching assistants who are willing to work throughout the school to support our teachers in securing high quality learning and life skills achievement. You need to be conscientious, willing to learn new skills, fit and motivated, and able to work as part of a team. Experience of working with children/young people, adults with learning difficulties/cognitive impairment or in a care environment is preferred, but a commitment to improving the life outcomes for young people is key. The role includes working with young people with challenging behaviour, so physical and emotional resilience is required. A level 2 qualification in a relevant area is desirable but full training will be provided.
