All pupils, especially those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), benefit from being fully included in school life. They have warm relationships with staff and trust that the adults in school want what is best for them. Pupils thrive because of the high ambitions that radiate throughout the school. Watching them growing up each school year is a real privilege.” “I love sharing those moments with the children when they overcome something that has been challenging for them. Seeing the joy, wonder, and amazement, the pride and self-belief when a child achieves something new for the first time and feeling privileged to share those moments. To be a small part of their journey at Bampton school and make a difference to them.” (teaching partners KS1)
