Pastoral Administrative Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school.
Working in our main school office you will come into contact with our parents and staff. You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.
This is a permanent, part time, role working 17 hours per week on Wednesday to Friday, on a term time only basis.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, and we bring together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
About the role
As Pastoral Administrative Assistant you will:
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
