Pastoral Administrator job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional administrator to join Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS). We are an OFSTED outstanding school and part of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust, the school has a comprehensive intake and a co-educational sixth form. The post is available immediately on a full time, term time only, permanent contract working 37 hours per week.
This role is key in ensuring that the development of our students is supported by providing effective and efficient administrative support to the pastoral team. Exceptional administration will ensure that wider school processes, procedures and operations run smoothly on a daily basis to aid the functions of the pastoral team.
The successful candidate will be committed to contributing to a team ethos which enables young people to flourish. You will have significant experience of working in a busy administrative environment with changing priorities throughout the day, with the ability to adapt to change and implement and improve systems, procedures and protocols. It is essential that you are an able communicator both verbally and in writing, along with an ability to problem solve whilst maintaining accuracy.
