Pastoral Administrator job summary

At Nuneaton Academy, we are committed to ensuring every student feels safe, supported and able to thrive both academically and personally. We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Pastoral Administrator to play a key role in supporting our pastoral team and contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment.

This role is central to the smooth running of pastoral systems across the Academy, supporting student wellbeing, attendance, and safeguarding through effective administration and communication. The successful candidate will work closely with Heads of Year and the safeguarding team, acting as a key point of contact for students, families, and external agencies. They will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and empathy, alongside the ability to manage sensitive information and respond calmly to a wide range of student needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to make a meaningful impact within a busy and supportive school community, while having excellent administrative skills.
