Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + Insets, 37 hours per week

  • Evidence working with children from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Evidence of trauma informed practice with vulnerable children
  • The ability to build relationships with children and families who may be considered hard to reach
  • The desire to become a teacher in the future; for the right candidate we would support with PGTA
  • The ability to lead planned cover sessions to facilitate teacher PPA
  • Professional love for the children in our school and the community we serve
  • A practitioner who is hungry to develop and grow - whether as a senior pastoral leader or a teacher in the future

Fluency Duty
