Pay scale: Grade E SCP 11 – 17

What skills and experience we're looking for

Main Duties:

Assist with the pastoral duties of a year group, under the direction of the Head of Year. The current vacancy is for a Year 7 Pastoral Assistant (the year group may change in future academic years).

The successful candidate will be someone who:

is able to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to form positive, professional and empathetic relationships with colleagues
