Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 9 schools over 11 locations across Luton, Peterborough and the London Boroughs of Havering and Waltham Forest. Overview of role
This is a rewarding role that provides vital support to both teaching staff and pupils, helping to enhance the overall learning and pastoral experience in our nurturing school. You will play a key part in helping pupils to be ready to learn, supporting their social and emotional needs alongside their communication skills, developing their resilience, and promoting out core values.
We are looking for an individual who:
- has a proactive approach to behaviour management and pupil engagement
- can build effective relationships in potentially challenging environments
- has previous teaching support experience ideally within SEN experience
- will be an effective model for pupil behaviour
- is resilient yet caring by nature
- has an understanding of safeguarding procedures and pupil safety
- will be able to work independently and follow establish procedures
- is competent with administrative duties

This is a fixed term contract until 17/07/2026, with the possibility of an extension.
