What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Assistant to join our team in providing an effective and efficient support to the Reflection Room and wider Pastoral team. The successful candidate would ideally have experience in a similar role, as well as experience of working with young people. You will be a role model for students and will need to use your initiative and to work under pressure, remaining calm in difficult situations.
