Salary - £28,281 to 31,363 p.a FTE dependent on experience

Actual salary (£24,253 to £26,896)

Term time only (38 weeks per year)

Hours of work:  37.5 hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid break per day)

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and flexible individual to join the Watling Academy team. Pastoral care is at the heart of everything we do at Watling Academy and in this role, you will work alongside the Head of Year in taking responsibility for the day-to-day pastoral care and progress of a Year Group. You will support students to live our values of Respect, Responsibility and Kindness through a focus on positive behaviour, student welfare and attendance. No two days will be the same, but you will make a difference to the lives of our students every day.
