About You:

The Wroughton Academies are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral/Attendance Officer to join our caring and committed team. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people - building strong relationships, promoting well-being, and helping every student succeed. We’re looking for someone proactive, approachable, and resilient, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children in an educational setting
  • Understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our History:
Wroughton Infant Academy and Wroughton Junior Academy are welcoming and ambitious schools in Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth. Since December 2016 Wroughton Academies have been part of the Creative Education Trust. This has enabled the schools to rigorously pursue rapid improvement for the children they teach and a brand new link building was opened in 2019 to ensure that the two schools are as closely connected as possible.
