Pastoral Coordinator job summary

The Pastoral Coordinator is responsible for the pastoral and safeguarding needs of a diverse group of students aged 19-30. This includes organising activities, updating and creating plans and risk assessments, and having strong relationship skills. As Pastoral Coordinator you will line manage a team of Lifelong Learning Assistants and will be part of the Safeguarding Team.
We are looking for a strong communicator who is organised and has a good sense of humour!
Although not essential, a full valid U.K. driving license (manual) and a willingness to drive a minibus (training provided) is helpful for the role.
