This pastoral HLTA role will advance pupils’ learning and behaviour in a range of classroom settings. The successful candidate will work with the pastoral team and under the AVP for Behaviour to contribute to the smooth running of the school, developing student social and emotional progress and liaising with parents and carers to ensure strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

The activities involve planning, preparing and delivering support, approaches and interventions, as well as monitoring, assessing and the reporting on pupils’ behaviour alongside the social and regulation skills.
