Pastoral Leader job summary

It is essential that you can meet the challenge of working with young people with behavioural, social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom have barriers to learning. A key function of your work is to liaise with parents/carers. The successful candidate may be required to work across all current and future sites within the Links Academy Trust. A good working knowledge of ICT is essential.

We require numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4

You will also work with a full range of agencies and home schools.
