Pastoral Leader job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Leader to join a strong team in this high achieving and successful school. The Behaviour Team works proactively across a year group and the whole school, maintaining standards, building relationships and helping students to be their best self.

Our school ambition focuses on developing a culture whereby all students can achieve highly and will be supported whatever their background or ability.
