Required from 1 January 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

Grade 15-20, pro-rata to £26,506 - £28,777 (£30,024-£32,597 FTE) for hours and weeks stated,

38 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time and INSET days)

Fixed term contract until 31 August 2026 in the first instance

Colleagues will benefit from training and support appropriate to their stage and experience to enable them to be experts in these important new roles.

The workload and wellbeing programme is in its infancy. For the successful candidates, we currently offer free wraparound care for employee children and grandchildren in our schools and are due to implement wellbeing weeks during 2026. Our refurbishment programme is underway which will lead to inspiring environments for all staff and children. We are looking forward to meeting dedicated colleagues who will benefit from our School and Trust offers.
