Pastoral Leader job summary

It is essential that you are able to meet the challenge of working with young people with behavioural, emotional and mental health difficulties, many of whom have barrier to learning. A key function of your work is to liaise with parents or carers. The successful candidate may be required to work across all current and future sites within the Links Academy Trust. A good working knowledge of ICT is essential.

You will also work with a full range of agencies and home schools.

Numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4 are required for this position.
