Pastoral Manager

Oasis Academy Don Valley is a coeducational Academy in Sheffield, which admits students between the ages of 4 to 16 years, where we celebrate diversity and relentlessly focus on the attainment of all of our children. We thrive in an environment full of different thinkers and burgeoning potential. A multi-cultural hub of learning with fantastic facilities and a newly formed team of professional educators and support staff that have the best interests and safety of our young charges firmly at the centre of everything we do.

Oasis Academies exist to provide a rich and balanced educational environment which caters for the whole person - academically, vocationally, socially, morally, spiritually, physically, emotionally and environmentally. Our task is to serve our students, as well as to provide a learning hub for the entire community. In this way we will raise aspirations, unlock potential and work to achieve excellence through encouraging a ‘can do’ culture which nurtures confident and competent people. We recognise that providing teaching and learning for all is not always easy and as an academy we deal with any challenging situations as a collaborative team that supports and helps out as needed.
