      The Role: Pastoral Leader

      Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm. Friday's 8.00am to 3.30 pm. 30 mins unpaid lunch. 40 working weeks.

      Do you have what it takes to join us? The Pastoral Leader we would like to join us will be:

      - GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.

      - Previous experience of working in a pastoral role with children

      - A proven ability to work on their own initiative.

      - A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.

      - The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.

      - A can-do attitude.

      - A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
