Your new role
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. To share and support the academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth whilst fostering the academy’s ethos providing equal opportunities for all.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the ability to think strategically, creatively and to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with being resilient and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
