The Headteacher and Governing Body are wishing to appoint an experienced, proactive and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team.
This role is central to our mission of fostering a safe, respectful and aspirational environment where every student can thrive. The successful candidate will
co-ordinate targeted interventions for students at risk of or returning from suspension, strengthen community relationships through work with parents and ensure high-quality reintegration processes are in place for students.
Countesthorpe Academy is a popular and expanding 11-19 school, within the LiFE Multi-Academy Trust, which is increasingly the school of choice for parents in the area.
