E-ACT Royton & Crompton are looking for an exceptional Pastoral Manager to support outstanding pastoral care. Champion attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding while building strong relationships with pupils and families. Key responsibilities:

  • To support the Progress Leaders to develop strategic direction of the Year group.
  • To provide support & advice to students with respect to their learning, emotional and social well-being, health and safety and personal development
  • To liaise with parents as and when appropriate.
  • To contribute to the organisation of Year & Academy events.

Pay range: SCP 22-27 - £29,639.00 - £33,615.54.00 - FTE: £33,699.00 - £38,220.00 - 37 Hours per week. 39 Weeks per year.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent
  • Understanding of Early Help@ strategy, policies and protocols.
  • Effective behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.
