Thank you for considering St. Mary's Catholic Academy for the next stage in your career. We are seeking to appoint a talented Pastoral Manager to support the pastoral team at St Mary’s. The role is offered as a full time role permanent role, to commence 16th February 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. This would be a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience working with young people and supporting their needs in our Academy.

Post Details:
Grade: NJC pay Grade E - scale point range 12 to 17
Salary: £24,676.00 to £26,768.00 (approximate actual salary)
Contract: Permanent, term time only plus 5 inset days
Hours: 37 per week (Monday to Thursday 8:10am-4:00pm and Friday 8:10am-3:30pm with 20 minutes for lunch each day)
Start Date: 16th February 2026 or as soon as possible
